By purchasing a travel package from Lyratika, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Travel Services Offered

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process

A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the trip is required upon confirmation of the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
3.2 Rates and Adjustments
All prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to adjustment based on the following factors:

If a fare adjustment is necessary, customers will be promptly informed and allowed to modify or cancel their booking, subject to applicable penalties.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation in writing to info@lyratika.com, subject to the following charges:

More than 30 days before departure: Refund minus a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.

Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 80% of the total cost is non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
4.2 Cancellations or Modifications by the Agency
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or issues with service providers Lyratika may take the following actions:

Propose a modified travel itinerary at no additional cost.

Postpone the trip.

-Provide a refund or travel credit according to the policies of the service providers.
5. Travel Documents and Customer Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and health documentation. Lyratika cannot be held accountable for any denied boarding or travel disruptions due to missing documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lyratika acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for:

Delays, schedule changes, or cancellations imposed by carriers.

Accidents, injuries, or loss of property during the trip.

Changes in local regulations or conditions that may affect travel plans.
Customers acknowledge that Lyratika is not responsible for any events of force majeure impacting their travel.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers the following:

8. Wyoming-Specific Regulations
As a company registered in the State of Wyoming, Lyratika benefits from a favorable tax structure and business-friendly regulations. While Wyoming does not require specific licenses for travel agencies, we comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations regarding travel sales and advertising.
In the event of a dispute, any claim or legal matter will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Customers agree that any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
